Manipulative Information

I was looking to refinance my mortgage when I was contacted by mjs lending. At first they seemed nice and helpful but later on is when all my high hopes came crashing down. They offered everything to me and explained the process.

However, I was disappointed the day of the closing. The loan officer or manager as he called himself, had lied to me the whole time. Everything that I agreed and signed to was different. Later on, I learned that I was sold a adjustable rate when I asked and I repeatedly asked about my rate being fixed. I also learned that they had put me in some program where my loan amount grew more as months went by.

They sold me some adjustable negative amortization program with a low payment. Also when I called back to complain and tell them what I thought, I also learned that the loan officer I had originally spoken to didn't work there any longer.

I want to make sure that anyone who gets contacted by this "lender" to be careful with what they offer them. I have been living this nightmare because they lied to me from the start. They are wolves in sheeps clothing. I understand that may be it was my loan officer but I even spoke with the manager there. He was aware that I wanted a fix rate and still I ended up with a adjustable rate. So consumers beware.
