Cheated out of Rent/Deposit

I hired an at business from Stacey Joy Elkin within the "Bergen Street Galleries" found at 651 Bergen Road in Brooklyn, NY.

I had been rending month-by-month, as these were the conditions of her rent.

8 weeks later, I left because of some individual difficulties with the Landlord and her procedures. We managed it civilly, and he or she described that she'd pro rate me the three months that I'd previously taken care of before I'd to maneuver. No rent was damaged, there is no fee, harm or any danger to my deposit.

Despite countless (significantly - numerous!) frustrating attempts to gather your debt of many hundred bucks that Landlord Stacey Joy Elkin, she's neither compensated me back or provided me-any reasonable clarification about why she will not return what we'd decided on.

Since, she's become intense, uncouth, violent, slanderous and fraudulent so that personally I think that my only option would be to post a criticism about her methods i na public community, when I have started to get rid of trust that I'll actually really return the cash she owes me.

Therefore, if you should be contemplating using the services of Stacey Joy Elkin BE CAUTIOUS and obtain anything written down (and perhaps notarized) before providing her anything!!!
