I ordered tapes to be delivered to an inmate in a New York State Prison and the Order status states "still processing" and no tapes have been received. I have called the customer service number on the website over 10 times (866-371-2422) and wrote a letter to 1573 Bergen Street, Brooklyn NY 11213, the address I found online b/c the website has no address and I have not received a call back or been contacted in anyway. I want to cancel the order b/c the tapes have not been received by the inmate and he will be leaving the facility in less then one month.
