Corp. Kitchen rip-off!

We purchased a $13,000 kitchen from bobby at bergen kitchen that was measured by owners/manager, delivered after 90 days, in closed cartons, and extra parts, 4 doors were short. We were told by our contractor, he couldnt install because the doors were not correct. We called bergen and they ordered the correct doors, after 90 days, xmas time new door delivered, but only if paid another $800.00 cash and the old parts would be credited to the account, or money returned. Yeh, so far after many phone calls but no results, the deposit was paid by am exp, but not the total so we may have a good case, all we want is to honor the contract that we paid for, credit the mistake on bergen kitchen part, and return the extra money that we had to pay or we couldn't finish the kitchen.
