This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. The tenants are rude; I went without hot water for 1 day, heat for 2 weeks in winter, and a/c for the whole summer; the management staff refused to give me my deposit back due to some disclaimer they "told me about when I moved in" (that I wouldn't get it back for a lease less than 12 months; I had broken screens, molding windows; and a wasp problem. And management couldn't be less receptive to complaints.
