No refund of deposit

We offered a $500 deposit to Richmond American Houses to begin the certification procedure on the Specification house these were attempting to purchase. We truly needed the house, but after having 3 various mortgage agents through Richmond American attempt to qualify us we turned out to be unqualified. I obtained a professional notice from their store informing me that I didnot follow the purchase agreement and so would not get my $500 back (despite the fact that the agreement claims I'll easily didnot qualify). Both sales person and also the Revenue Director of the Utah workplace have yet to come back my call-in reaction to this unpleasant action.
