Poor service all around after closing

I bought a TwinMark home and all I heard before the purchase is the true mark of a good builder is that we will be there after the sale of the home.

The day I closed I did a final walk through that morning... There were alot of things left to do an I was promised that by the time I got back from closing it would all be taken cared of... Well her it is many months later and Im still waiting for it to be taken care of... including roof and dirt moving away from foundation. I have made over 7 attempts to get these fixed still nothing.

You think thats bad Now I have found out that I have a Lien on my BRAND NEW HOUSE.

Remember the true mark of a good builder is that we will be there for you after the sale of the NEW HOME!!!
