I've numerous grievances regarding this institution which I've worked.

1. Sharp pots remaining totally complete and that I was needing to material needles in to the pot.

2. No appropriate disposable of those pots. Numerous pots simply relaxing around

3. No red packaged containers for dangerous wastes including supra -pubic catheter bags along with other spend

4. Many of these supplies were discarded at road-side town pots

5. To help with raising of the individual no back support or moving sheets unavailable.

6. No rules of substances getting used within this company no cards to maintain workers advised of present recommendations

7. No inservice or instruction was open to advise me of osha rules or of hippa inservicing.
