Loved Tea Pots and service

I ordered four 32oz. Polish ceramic tea pots to use as Christmas holiday gifts from Polmedia LLC located at 425 Still Meadow Rd, Seguin 78155 TX. I found their web-site easy to navigate and the prices, including the shipping and handling reasonable. I was a bit concerned about the fact that these fragile items would have to be sent from Texas to me California, but since the shipping price included insurance against breakage, etc., I went ahead with the purchase. When the items arrived (via FedEx) I was horrified to see the condition of the outer carton. I proceeded to open the box and the second, interior carton was a bit “squished” too.inside the interior carton all 4 tea pots were wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and were beautifully preserved and protected.

I was AMAZED by the care taken by the folks at Polmedia to wrap and re-wrap the lovely tea pots and cushion them against possible damage during shipping. The tea pots survived the shipping in pristine condition. They are lovely and will be great gifts for my friends. I am so glad I decided to trust Polmedia to deliver!
