Called to order from tv advertisement, buy one at 99.00 get second free, included bonus 2 sets of pots that are to be used with burner, no other pots work with the stupid thing. Well received one burner with no instruction and a backorder notice, about 3 months later received one set of pots with second burner, billed over 100.00 the first time then another 100.00 the second, put in a dispute with my credit card company. Have still not received second set of pots or the recipe card or any sort of instruction information...

Something that should have been a one time charge of 99 dollars plus shipping and handling is well over 200.00 so far and have yet to receive items ordered.
