I've needed to cope with some questionable house things through the years, but none which were not this good

I visited take a look at a flat, Wimbledon Glen at 1142 Buckingham doctor, at a Arnel Residential home.in Costa Mesa CA.

The flats were pretty good but nothing was available. My spouse and that I were educated that the deposit type might complete and pay $200 to obtain on the list for a flat. We thought excellent, if we find other things, atleast we've a back up strategy. The plan was, because they informed us, and showed us written down; if for almost any cause we don't show up about the list with-in twelve months, or if we choose to fall off the checklist, our cash could be returned with-in 60-days from the arnel corporate workplace.

Which was about 4 weeks before. Each time we contact, we are told by them it was sent, or they havnt reached it also they simply prepared the cost however, or it'll be there Friday, EACH TIME for nearly 4 weeks. We compensated with charge card, could it be truly that a reimbursement that is difficult to approach? Where I perform I take advantage of a charge card device and that I may produce a reimbursement in 3 minute or less.
