Arnel will do anything to rent an apartment. They have so many apartments available because they offer such bad service and run down apartments with roaches and water damage. I applied to rent an apartment and I later found out they changed the amount I made and doubled it to make sure I qualified. Do not trust anything you are told my any Arnel employee they are giving free housing to lie about problems and repairs.
