In 2014 I hired Jessica Horton to sell my Sun City Peachtree home. 3 months into my exclusive contract, I hired an attorney to terminate my dealings with Ms. Horton. This person harassed me, insulted my home, cursed at me when I questioned her judgment. Prior to hiring the attorney, I spoke with several other Sun City Peachtree sellers who had had similar unpleasant experiences with Jessica Horton. Ms. Horton's company is named Jessica Horton & Associates. The "Associate" is her husband Jason, a convicted felon who spent time in a penitentiary for armed robbery. Ms. Horton was hard to reach by phone. Her husband Jason answered phone calls made to her business phone and gave me real estate advice. He also was present in my empty home several times before I found out that he was legally barred from being inside sellers' homes. When I terminated my dealings with the Hortons, they threatened me in writing. They wrote that they would sue me and that they would "never let (me) go". I spoke with others, one of whom admitted that she had called local law enforcement because the Hortons were coming to her home and threatening her and her husband.

If you need to sell or buy a home in the Griffin, GA area, do not hire Jessica Horton. Be smart. Google Jessica Horton complaints and take the time to read the reviews, as well as the rebuttals.
