Against Cab Drivers Using Bathroom

My husband is a cab driver in Saskatoon, I would also like to say a regular of Tim Horton and myself also. His boss was recently given a call that some of radio cab drivers were using the bathroom at the Bridge Stone Tim Horton and would like them to stop doing so. Isn't it a public bathroom were all kinds of people frequently use. How would they like it if someone called there boss and told them while so and so was waiting for a cab she used are washroom. I just think this is crazy that your employees are discriminating against cab drivers. My husband would never pass by a Tim Horton with out buy a coffee and doughnut.
