Unethical and Lies = Yazen Hadden sales strategy

We recently bought a house through one of Remax's Agents, Yazen Hadden, and were greatly unsatisfied with his services. A good majority of the information he relayed to us turned out being false and, although we ended up getting a house through him, my wife and I were sickened by his sales strategy. Anytime we had a pressing question he would mysteriously not be available or on an unexpected vacation. He told us things that we wanted to hear, not the truth, and made promises that never came true. The last promise was of him stopping by to check on us and drop off a gift for all our hardships (ex: 50 day escrow) but never heard from him again. This agent needs to be reviewed for his non-ethical sales strategy. This was our first home purchase and we want to warn all to stay away from the sales agent if you live in Southern California. Unethical and lies are what best defines Yazen Hadden of Remax.
