Warning to all! Marrissa Chanin, Ron Chanin, Sam Chanin and Riverwood Properties, LLC are real estate fraud and scam artists.

They harass and abuse their employees and did not pay my salary. No one should contact them. People do not even reply to their job ads. Customers, please do not call them. You are going to be trapped, cheated and victimized. Just run away from this company! Their agents are Marrissa Chanin and Ron Chanin. They do not even have a real estate license to practice real estate business in Georgia. They are very abusive to their employees. I was harassed by Ron and Marrissa Chanin many times.

I used to work for them and I stayed only 2 weeks. It was a bizarre place to work. I did not get paid. They gave me only $250.00 cash (under the table) and they let me go. Marrissa asked me several times to go to a swinger club with her. I said no, and since then they were mad at me.

On their website you may see lots of bogus stuff. They brag that they deal with multimillion dollar commercial real estate properties and hundreds of millions of dollars. All of it is bogus.

People, my advice is: do not call this company and do not get involved with Marrissa Chanin and Ron Chanin. Don't get screwed!
