Horrible scam. Advertised on radio and newspapers. Held conferences in hotels saying that for 6K they will help you master the art of real estate investing. Classes are a joke. They give you an almost empty notebook with lousy filler. And then try to sell their own properties to you! A total conflict of interest! Then they email all members and try to get them to invest in their coyote ugly bar franchise, and monavie MLM! Don't go near these people - they are scam artists and thieves!
