Cornerstone real estate scam! I strongly caution anyone considering investing with Cornerstone Real Estate Funds or Cornerstone Healthcare Properties to STAY AWAY! I invested a great deal of money into a multi-family real estate venture in 2009 and have seen zero returns. I have received zero phone calls from them in over 3 years and they have not returned any of my calls. Two of the executives of the company have been indicted for embezzlement and it's only a matter of time until the whole place is shut down. I have spoken with a number of sales reps whom used to call me multiple times every day. That should have been a red flag. Fool me once..

Do not get involved with Terry Roussel, Ed Fernandez or Miles Carrington. I read an article that said they were arrested in 2010 on 2 charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and also mail fraud. They are con artists who need to brought to justice.
