Servpro
I would never recommend servpro of Glenview, IL

The rain/flooding of April 23, left me with 7 inches of sewage water in my basement (thought it did go back in the sewer within 2 hours). My insurance company has a contract to use Servpro of Glenview, IL. I place my claim at 3:30 A.M. (1.5 hours after storm), and called Servpro shortly after I talked to the insurance company. The owner came out ot my house the next day around 2 P.M. And when he saw I had paneling on my walls, he immediately said, " Oh, all that paneling will have to be ripped off." And to my daughter he said, " You better plan to be move out for the next few months." He was wrong in both remarks. And if the owner can;t get it right, how can their employees do a great job. BUT, that wasn't the worse. I kept calling to see when they were coming out and 7 days after the flood, I called another company. Meanwhile, Servpro called my insurnace company to ask how much money we had in our policy, (so they would know how much they could soaked us for). This particular Servpro will never get any business from me again, and I plan to tell at least 7 people how terrible they were, to match the seven days they made me wait. I beleive they were leaing me to last saw they could stretch the work out and charge me more.
