Floors2go: Has this Company ever heard of consumer rights? Apparently not

I paid in full in August for wood flooring and fitting. I asked to make a part payment but this was not agreed. I was given a fitting date.in fact since then I've been given 3 fitting dates only to be let down at the last minute each time. This has cost me time off work. I also had problems over the wood delivery. When it eventually arrived it was the wrong order.
Having lost faith completely in this company I visited the store and requested a refund on the basis of their having failed to keep to their contract with me by not providing the product I ordered and letting me down 3 times with the fitting; all this despite them having had nearly £900 of my money for nearly 2 months.
I asked for my credit card to be reimbursed. This was refused. I was informed that the store manager had to complete a special form which would be sent to Head Office. The form, which I have a copy of, states that a refund is not guaranteed.

I left the store with yet another promise of a delivery date and fitting despite preferring not to have to deal with Floors2go ever again. I urge consumers to steer clear. There are plenty of other stores that offer wood for floors at the same price or cheaper.
