I was shopping at the Tucson Mall and I live in Phoenix. I was visiting my dad for father's day and he took me shopping at the Victoria Secret there. There were two associates who looked at me when I came into the store, and they did not greet me, however they did ask me if I needed anything after being there shopping the first 30minutes. I told the associate at the front door I was fine. So I then realized I did have a question after looking at a bra I was interested in and my dad found one of the associates peeking out of the fitting room. So she came up to me, did my fitting, and then escorted me into the fitting room to try on bras. As we were talking she informed me she was a Veteran as I was too so we connected and I ended up buying four bras. I really liked her and told her I will be back one day soon. So even when you feel as though you could be ignored by one associate, you will always have another who cares about providing good customer service.
