I was a disgruntled landlord that has been let down by my previous Estate Agent by them losing a tenancy condition report and therefore unable to prove $2600 worth of damage caused by the tenant, when it came time for the v-cat hearing I was represented by a inexperienced property manager that just stuttered and mumbled her way through the hearing, unable to prove negligence on the tenants behalf.
