Im a landlord of a couple properties and i let Mike Padova rent out one of my properties and wow what a mistake that was. The tenants he puts in the properties are not proper;y checked. The tenant he put in my property if i was told about their background i would never a approved it. Goodluck trying to get a hold of Mike Padova, hes doesnt pick up and always makes sure that he gets his money. I filed a complaint against his shady management company in the BBB and I hope his company gets shut down, my address of propery 18554 OLIVE RD FORT MYERS FL 33967. Below is his email tag, he also stole some of the security deposit as I talked with the actualy tenants and they told me they gave him cash which he insisted in.
