I just asked RPM where they advertised and was astonished to discover how many sources they utilize. They were very attentive to my needs and quick to rent out multiple properties that I own. I’m assuming you wanted a certain dollar amount and weren’t willing to budge on rent. They did a terrific job in pre-screening prospective tenants and placed great people. I’ve certainly had my fair share of wear and tear repairs, which can be costly, but I got better pricing through RPM’s maintenance team with better service and follow up. Sorry to hear of your experience as mine has been much different. I’m looking to add to my portfolio of properties and will certainly be using RPM’s services for the long-term!
