Poor Communication

They haven't even shown up yet and I would definitely not recommend them. We were placed on a mysterious schedule in which we would get a call the week before they would show up. This was supposed to occur within 8-10 weeks. That was fine as we weren't in a hurry but it has now been 14 weeks and we have not heard a thing. I have called multiple times (at least 10) and actually spoken to someone 4 out of those 10 calls. No one can give me an answer, not even THE OWNER!!! Not only that but every time I call Tony, his email is too full to take a message, when I call the office I get told by the woman there that she doesn't know what's going on and she doesn't know what she is doing. She repeatedly asks me if I paid a deposit, then can't find it! I called Gary the owner and he said he would speak with Tony and it has been over a week since that conversation.in total, I think that I called them about 10 times with NO RESPONSE TO A SIMPLE QUESTION! I simply want to know when they are coming and I can't even get the tiniest response. I really regret giving them a deposit, am thinking of how to get it back and wishing I could go to the more expensive bids - I guess there is a reason these guys are so cheap!
