Horrible customer service

Horrible carpet installation and even worse customer service. Our experience started with a pleasant sales person who came over and estimated the pricing. When he was going over the contract there was an item called: "we do not adjust doors." He said, your closet doors are adjustable and they will adjust them if needed. After the carpet installation guys came over, they first charged me and then told me one of the closet doors may need adjustment, but they are not able to adjust It. I called the sales person and he assured me that he will send someone to take care of that the next day. After installation, none of the closet doors were installed and none of the room doors could be opened or closed!!!
They even did not care that I am disappointed and was laughing, saying you should get someone to cut all the doors!!!
Since then, I have been calling the customer service, the sales guy, and the person who was supposed to come over and adjust the doors and no one is taking the responsibility! They keep telling me that we will contact you by tomorrow!
The worst experience ever.
