Horrible doors falling apart

Bought front doors that supposely were steel doors with side frosted glass They came to install the door on a Sunday whats with that. After waiting months after we where promise for installation everything was wrong the knobs the frosted glass now after almost a year my husband calling them every week going to the miami office, Written a certified letter reguesting to fixs the doors with no avail.
They have given my husband so many excuses we are tried of dealing with this company now the doors have cracks peeling and getting rusted. Real steel door dont have these problems. These doors where very expensive almost $5000.00 that was paid in full the day of installment. All we wanted to have the doors fix, or replace now at this point we just want our money back so we can get new doors from another company. This company just get your money and run.
