2nd Mortgage/No Contract

Since Green Tree called us in Oct saying that they took over our 2nd mortgage from BOA, I cannot get them to send us a copy of the 2nd mortgage. Each time I ask them for a copy. Their response has been, "What good would it do you Mr. Craig?" 'Elizabeth', (a Rep) called this week and first thing she said was, "is your house up for sale yet?" When I asked her what she meant by that, she said "let me read you a legal statement (referring that Green Tree has a lien against our house)" I told her that was incorrect. She became irate and began to talk over me. I told her that she was not going to talk over me. I finally had to hang up on her. I have paid them $1200.00 without a copy or a contract!
