Broken Water Heater, Broken AC Condensor - AC-Carrier Model

Colonial Home Warranty is the worst! Please do not spend your hard earned money on this company. Water Heater broke, I called the company, it was after hours & the rep told me that I could pay for the repair & I would get reimbursed. Never got a dime! Called in for AC unit not working, they scheduled me with a contractor that DID NOT do service with them! Waited 5 days for the claim to be reviewed, needed maintenance records, I sent them in & the claim was still denied. The AC company that finally serviced my units said that I had proper maintenance and they did not understand why the claim was denied. Colonial reps are not helpful, very rude, & not worth the hassle. Please do not give this company your business!!!
