Beware, beware, beware!

They handle rentals... BEWARE!!! They promise they will get stuff fixed and never do anything. I had to threaten to talk to a supervisor before the maintenance lady replied to an email that she had gotten almost a week before. Now we have been corresponding through email and she does not do anything to get stuff fixed. We have been in the home for 6 months and NOTHING has been fixed, it is safety stuff too. Bad wiring, mold, and floors about to collapse. I will NEVER use them again.
