My complaint is the same as everyone else — yes, I know all the buyer beware stuff, but that's the point. They took my money the next day! Their profits are through the roof in spite of all this and I wanna know why and how.
I was told a pack of lies and double talk when I tried to explain that I'm on a fixed income with a very tight budget... I want a refund. This is illegal. They just reached in my wallet and I don't even know what the charges are FOR!
