This man richard mirarcki takes your upfront deposit, does "not" buy your car parts, then says he fixed it, charges you 100.00 or more an hour doesn't pay his mechanics either and then asks you for the balance!!! Look his name up, he's all over the bbb in florida as well as department of agriculture for consumer affairs... Beware... Beware. He is a scam artist, a compulsive liar, and a theif!!!
