My motivation? I've reached that point that i must do something. Over the past 9 months they have been soaking us for management fees and repairs/cleaning that have obviously not been performed on our Dayton OH property. We're out of town owners. $300 charge to advertise my property when it was roach infested, completely trashed and required thousands of dollars of repairs and cleaning from tenant under their management—who they had just renewed for $75 charge!
