Blue Rhino Propane Gas

Dear B.P.,
I went to the B.P. Station near my house and had to wait in line forever. Once I got up to the counter, the employee could not find the key to the propane gas tank cages. He looked everyone, but said it was not on the hook that it was supposed to be on. I asked if I could talk to the manager and he said no, he said he was at home and never picks up when he tries to call him. I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way (30 minutes total) to another gas station to get a propane tank. I'm very disappointed in the customer service.
