Stay away! Worst refinance ever!

This is the worst refinance company ever. First day I was suppose to close nobody showed up and the company did not even call. I had to call them and was told a paper didnt come in but I guess it was not important for them to let me know that after I took off work and waited all day! The second time I was suppose to close I closed that afternoon the next day they called me at 1 pm to ask how it went and I told them it went good and then at 3pm they called and told me I was gonna have to close again because once again they did not get all the papers! The third time I closed we closed but they were wanting me to pay $533.88 for the interest on my payment because they could not close on time and I told them they needed to take care of that because it was not my fault because they did not know what they were doing and they told me they were gonna take care of it only to find out night of closing they withdrew the $533.88 out of my checking account. This is a very sorry company and very unprofessional. My advice to you is run unless you want to wait 6 months to refinance is run run run as fast as you can. I advise you to use any company besides this one. March 21
