You can't get a straight answer... Trying to find out why my escrow was in the negative, when we knew it shouldn't be. It has taken at least 10 hours of detective work after getting the run around from their customer service people... They charged my escrow for $5500 for insurance because they did not have the info... We faxed them the insurance info for the entire time we have had the mortgage... They said it takes 2 business days for an answer... Still waiting 3 days late
