Green Tree Harassment (Don't Be A Day Overdue!) - Mortgage payment

Here%u2019s a breakdown on how I got to where I am now. Was with Country-Wide (Refi) which folded and was assumed by B of A. B of A transferred it to Green-Tree over five years ago. The loan was a 30 year fixed, 10 yr ARM up front. Yea I know but the wife%u2019s heart was giving out and she left the workforce and it was my only option at the time to consolidate debt. The housing market dropped out so $320.000 to $136.000 since 2008. I didn%u2019t meet Harp program criteria till the end of last year when one became available for owners flip-flopped but current on payments. Green Tree told me to call Quicken who got me into a standard 30 yr fixed at 4.2% and then passed me back to Green Tree a month later and then the issues started. I%u2019ve always made my payments within the first week when the money comes in and never had people calling me from any of the lending institutions till now. On January 2nd I received a call from Green Tree collections stating I was late and to make the payment over the phone since the payment was due on the first. Never did Green Tree ever call me during the five year period before I refi%u2019d with Quicken. The gentleman was rude and in fine navy fashion I cursed him out and hung up. I then called regular customer service and was treated kindly and she took the payment. Last night at 18:00 the phone rang, my wife answered and she passed the phone to me and it was collections again. I informed the rep that I made the payment on-line on the morning of the 4th from my B of A account with a 2 day processing time and it will be there. I remember hearing him say it takes 7 to 10 days for it to process and possible foreclosure bla, bla & bla. So he also received some fine navy fashion also. Called regular customer service but she was not as kind as the other time and pretty much reiterated what collections stated also and yes she got some navy fashion too.
