Terrible installation with damages and non working system - Safewatch 3000EN

I have the exact same issues!!! Since the very poor installation including damages to an expansive brushed aluminum window frame that ADT refuses to hear about, 6 out the 8 sensors were defectuous, triggering the alarm when we were not home 9 out of 10 times. The neighbors hate us, the City of Homestead AND the police department fined us, and after several months we still can't use this darned system and nobody will listen to us!!! I have filed then a complaint with the same police department and put the whole matter in the hand of a Law firm in Miami that told me they have dozen and dozen of similar cases... This is just purely and simply unacceptable!!!
