Lowes - 7.5' Pre lit Trim-A-Tree artificial christmas tree - Trim a Tree 7.5 Frasier Fir Pre lit 900 lights artificial christmas tree

We purchased an artificial christmas tree last year at Lowes. When we put it up this year, 90% of the 900 lights on the tree were out. We took the tree apart and discovred that the "irreplacable" lights (they have a white ring around the base of the bulb) were burned out. Called the company. All they can do is send me more lights and instructions on how to remove the 900 lights on it now and rewire it! I bought this tree bwcause of the convenience of the lights. I did not expect that the lights would faill after being up only 2 weeks last year, nor do I expect that I would have to remove the lights and rewire my 'prelit' tree! I'd like for Lowe's to stand by the tree they sold me and replace it!
