Selling wrong size artificial Christmas trees

I am 6'3" and I am walking past Walmart's artificial Christmas tree display. I notice the size, description, price tag, and it states that the tree is 6 1/2 feet tall. The trouble is the tree is on a 4-6 inch floor pallet. I am flat footed on the floor and I tower above the top of this tree by 6".

All the rest of the tree sizes are also erroneous by noticeable margins.

This practice has been going on for 3 years, after I brought the issue to the attention of managers in three different Walmart stores.

In conclusion, take a tape measure with you, and refuse to pay a 6' price for a 5' tree.
