I rec. A call at work from Brian Frasier on Monday Nov. 1 around 9:30 am EST calling on behalf of Gov't. Grant Association. He continues to say I have approved for a $5,000.00 grant. When I stopped him and asked for his call-back number he said it is difficult to reach him and he can call me back. However the number cam up on my phone display as 563-820-1739 which I did call back and the number is not a working number.

My phone did ring several times through-out the day with that number which I did not pick up. 563 area code is Iowa and Brian said he is calling from Utah. I called the operator to verify this number and it is not a working number.

On Tuesday Nov. 2 Brian called again and this time I spoke with him asking him to provide a number so I can call him back: 914-879-1354. He again said he'll call me back at a later time. I called this number which is a private residence and not Gov't Grant Association.
