Ripoff it is a telephone scam

This company claims you are quailfied for a government grant up to 5, ooo dollars. And they are just calling you to verify your address, so they can send you out importnant information regarding the grant.

The guy I talked to had an accent maybe india or somewhere near there. The accent made it hard to understand what he was saying at times. But the scary thing is he had all my personal info other than my social number.

When I tried to ask questions he just kept repeating that I was approved for this grant. Then he transferred me to a automated system that gives you a phone number for customer service but when I tried to call that number it is just another recording. So if you ever get a call like this just hang up and notify your bank that someone may have your account number.
