Ripoff, A man named Brian Adams with a heavy East India accent called and said they were from a company called American Grant Information and I had won a $ 5000 grant from the government. 866-415-5154

I received a call from a company called American Grant Information. A man named Brian Adams with a heavy East India Accent. He said I was chosen to receive a government grant of $5000. He needed 200.00 to process this. He also needed my checking account number which I refused to give him, they he was pushy and mad. I asked him for the Company's phone number and I would call him back, he said he had to get my account information to verify I was the right person and then the phone number would come up and he could give it to me. I told him absolutely not I didn't know him, he continued to get more and more upset. He said what you don't want 5000 dollars you don't have to pay back. I said no not if it cost me my account number. It is scarry that these people already have to much of my information, like my name, address, phone number and the bank I do my banking at.
