Chief Mathew B. Baker of the Kennebunk, Maine Police Department should be fired from his job. From February through present he has carried on a supervisor - subordinate relationship with a female police officer (who was fired from the Kennebunk PD in May) named Carol Tigg Frieh, a.K.A. "Tigg" Frieh or "C. Tigg Frieh". Baker gave this woman preferential treatment in the form of a preferred shift over those other officers that had seniority, covered up suspicious circumstances surrounding her past history and background including a drunk driving accident, and Baker carried on this relationship while he was married to Kathy Baker, director of the Kennebunk Communications Department.

Chief Mathew B. Baker has not received any sanctions whatsoever from the Kennebunk Board of Selectmen (Wayne Berry, Thomas Wellman, Kelly Wentworth, June Huston, Daniel Boothby) or the Kennebunk Town Manager (Barry A. Tibbetts) for this violation of policy and corrupt, improper business practice. Nobody should even consider working for the Town of Kennebunk in any capacity, or especially for the Kennebunk Police Department as it is run by a liar, a cheat, and an opportunist who can't even cheat on his wife with a pretty woman, rather, he chose an ugly broad that everyone thought was a dike.

The woman Chief Mathew B. Baker was involved with, Carol Tigg Frieh, a.K.A.C. Tigg Frieh, a.K.A. Tigg Frieh, managed to get a job as a Detective at the Wells Police Department shortly after being fired (or "forced to resign") from the Kennebunk Police Department. This has to do with the "buddy system" being alive and well between Chief Mathew B. Baker of the Kennebunk Police Department and Chief Richard Connelly of the Wells (Maine) Police Department. Chief Mathew B. Baker needs to be fired for his transgressions and his total lack of integrity and his abuse of his authority (which he used to pick up a woman with a questionable history of drunk driving and extortion of money and property from senior citizens).

Mathew B. Baker is not worthy of being a Police Chief, nor is he deserving of the public trust in any way, as he is a dishonest, conniving, self-serving, favorite - playing opportunist.
