This assisted living facility is ripping off seniors. The building is licensed as a boarding home, however they are operating as a semi nursing home.

The prices for the 'apartments' are userous. The per month amounts range from $1800. For a 'companion suite' all the way up to $7000. A month for a 1 bedroom with 'medical' services.

The population can be as high as 138 residents, with a kitchen budget of $2600. Per/mo. For 3 meals a day for all residents.

The 'in house' managers are only concerned with keeping their cushy jobs, not the welfare of the residents. I suggest that you not place family, loved ones in this facility.

This facility was recently bought by Brookdale Senior Living.
