False Examiner Claim

Regarding the Santa Teresa DMV at 180 Martinvale Lane, San Jose, California: I went for my driving test on July 6th The examiner was very rude to me from the beginning and I got a fail because she believed I was going 10 miles per hour less than posted speed limit. I am 100% sure I was not driving 10 miles less and was only driving 5 miles less. From her viewing she could not see the exact speed but I knew the speed becauseI was checking it every other second! This is a flat out lie. I had no other faults or bad points. This is unjust and unfair. The DMV office did not do anything to help me with this. The whole staff including the manager are very incompetent and unhelpful and they side with the examiners even if they are liars and unlawful also very unjust. This was my worst DMV experience ever. Anyone even thinking to come to this DMV, do not come to this office. Go to another one..
