Prejudiced driver examiner caused me to fail cdl test

Drove about 80 miles to take my cdl driving test on 2-11-08. I was assigned an examiner named Ms. Overstreet. I could tell from the beginning that I was probably doomed by her sour attitude. Sure enough, after completing the test she proceeded to tell me things that I did wrong, which were completely false. Although I tried to reason with her, she counted enough points off the test that I failed.

Knowing that I had been screwed, I filed a complaint with dps the next day. Today 2-20-08, I heard from the dps coordinator, Tammy Shepherd who stood behind the supposed examiner's checklist. Of course, I was extremely pissed and asked for a hearing and a couple of polygraph tests which were denied.

I have to reschedule another test which costs additional money to get my license, and what's REALLY bad is, I have a job waiting for me that is being held up by prejudice and discrimination! How can these clowns get away with this???
