Disposed of personal property from my lot using her authority as community manager without permission, prior arrangement, or communication

I am the owner of the mobile home on the lot in the trailor park. I do not live there. The home requires some interior repair prior to occupation due to remodeling. I had set a toilet and a refrigerator out on the cement driveway of the lot. As I mentioned before this not my main residence. I only come up to pay the lot rent, work on the remodel or cut the grass. This time when I came up the refrigerator and toilet was gone and a note was attached to the front door stating that she had removed them and disposed of them and the next time I would be charged.

This home was purchased thorough the ARC program. It was paid in full aug of this year but ms Harmon held the title to the mobile until J. Hester signed my husbands name and my name to lot rental agreement nov. Although I do not think it is legal to do business in this matter, it seems to be the standard. Even the county assessor sent me an estimate on property tax due 2012. I buy a tag for that mobile home, why I am responsible for property tax in unclear since I rent the lot. But that is a different concern.

I think it is a ripoff that as a representative of Arc Inc that she has the authority to do as she pleases from advocating fraudulent business activities like knowing signatures are forged on binding agreements to stealing personal property under the guise of rules that are not common knowledge. I maybe trapped by lot agreements but I hope that I can prevent other people from stepping in the same hole I stepped in aug and is still struggling to get out of.

People be warned. Run the other direction. Do not get trapped by ARC INC!
