Phillys Antiquera is a Filipino woman who does not have U.S. Citizen ship; She worked for the U.S. Army and is now on disability. Plays at "poor-mouth" to get everything she can for free.

In August of Phillys moved from Eatonville, Washington to Chandler, Arizona on a promise to buy a mobile home from my mother-in-law (who is in her 90's). She promised to pay $1500 but showed up in her moving truck and had no funds. Because we felt sorry for her, we let her move in. When still no funds were forthcoming, she promised to sign a promissory note and pay by in December.in the meantime (CAP, a FREE PROGRAM for low-income people, requred her to have full Title to her abode, in order to get A/C, Furnace, Refrigerator, new stove and get it painted). She asked for the Title saying she could pay by February.

Stupid us! We took her to get the title to the property... But in February (sitll no funds)... She refused to sign the Promissory Note, and instead gave us $250 cash promising to pay monthly. Then she went back on vacation to Eatonville to help her friend. She blatantly told everyone that as long as she had the Title to the place, there was nothing I could do about it. She had planned to sell it, get the money and move to Florida. I mailed her an ultimatum in Oct. 2011 to pay or return the title. Her mail was returned undeliverable, but she did receive the email.

On February 1, she appeared only to move her things out of the mobile home. When I confronted her to give me the Title, she said "No, I'm giving it back to the Park for free." She thinks that because she paid the Lot Rent, that she was entitled to the Mobile home. I told her it was like paying for parking and stealing my car. We have no information on this lying thief—she claims that because I always give things away, it doesn't matter that she took this home without paying for it. So I guess being charitable means someone can take without permission?

Watch out People... She will use you until she can't and then drop you without any conscience, as long as she gets what she wants. She's a user/loser!
