IN REF: Complaint made to Mobile home owner Jack Hale and Don Bauchiero July 7
Subject: violation of Housing and Community Development.

According to the state of California Department of housing and Community Development there has been an incomplete transfer of title when I purchased the mobile home of 8/16. Several times I have requested completion of this purchase agreement. This is a violation of codes and standards Registration and Titling Program. I am also requesting completion of the Bill of Sale form. If not completed properly, it can be construed as fraud.

According to civil code 1941.1 and Health and Safety code 17920.3 mobile home owner is held responsible for the following conditions that was not disclosed during purchase of sale.
